1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing digital products from LEWENRI (trading as Digital Prosperity Guild) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “Buyer,” “User”) agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Terms of Purchase Agreement.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of PLR (Private Label Rights), MRR (Master Resell Rights), DFY (Done-For-You), and other digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed. You acknowledge that digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods. By purchasing, you agree that you will not request a refund, chargeback, or dispute the transaction.

3. License & Usage Rights

You receive rights based on the product purchased (PLR, MRR, DFY). Details of usage permissions are outlined within each product description. You may not share, distribute, or resell the product unless explicitly granted the rights within the product terms.The Company is not liable for how you use these products, including any modifications, marketing, or sales you make with the content.

4. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All digital products remain the intellectual property of LEWENRI unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or misuse of products may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee results from using our digital products. Success depends on your effort, strategy, and implementation.We are not responsible for any technical issues, losses, or damages incurred from the use of our products.
